Sport Registration

Step One


Both a parent and the student athlete must read the athletic handbook before proceeding.

Step Two


Note that the process will take five to ten minutes, and you’ll need insurance information for your child.

Step Three

Sign Paperwork

A current Parent and Athlete Concussion Information Sheet must be on file for each student athlete along with a COVID waiver. Please download, print, and sign the sheets available below.

Step Four

Get Physical

Only one sports physical per academic year is needed. If your child needs an updated sports physical, most doctors’ offices will provide the form, or you can download and use the form below. Please contact Mr. Devlin for a list of doctors that donate a portion of the sports physical fee back to LCS.

Step Five

Submit Paperwork

Please submit all documentation to Mr. Devlin at the LCS Academy campus (3015 West 29th Street, Loveland, CO 80538).

Coaches CAN NOT accept your paperwork. Your child is only allowed to participate once all documentation has been submitted and processed by Mr. Devlin.

Step Six


Should your child make the team, each elementary and middle school sport costs $75.00 at LCS. High school sports costs $125.00. Pay online by clicking the button below or for check payments, please make the check payable to Loveland Classical Schools and list the athlete name and sport in the memo field. Submit the check and all paperwork as outlined in step five.
